The Lightning process consists of a three day training seminar normally run on a one-to-one basis in a homely East London Practice.
Day one is approximately 3 hours, day two is approximately 2 hours and day three between 90 minutes and 2 hours.
Charges are normally £560 which includes a follow up coaching call.
A follow up support CD is also included in the price.
